Use of Third-Party Services

OpenAI Services

Our website utilizes OpenAI’s Whisper and GPT-5 services to process your audio input.

• Whisper transcribes microphone utterances into text.
• GPT-5 analyzes the transcribed text and generates a response.
• Data is transmitted to OpenAI’s servers for processing. OpenAI operates servers outside the EU, and data may be subject to the laws of those jurisdictions.

Google Voice Services

The generated response is synthesized into speech using Google’s Text-to-Speech services.

• This process involves transmitting text data to Google’s servers for audio generation.
• Google may process this data in compliance with their privacy policies.

Legal Basis for Processing

The processing of your input by the third-party providers listed above is based on your consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. You give this consent by accepting this Privacy Policy and using the application. You may withdraw your consent at any time by discontinuing use of the application.

Data Hosting

Our website and related infrastructure are hosted on Hetzner Online GmbH servers located in Germany.

User-provided data is saved on a virtual server.

OpenAI and Google API keys are securely stored in an API Proxy and are not accessible to users.

Avatar Configurations and Public Text Files

The avatars and configurations created on the website are stored as text files and hosted publicly on Hetzner servers.

Data Processing Purposes

The use of OpenAI and Google services is essential for providing the interactive functionality of the website. Audio input and text data are not permanently stored. Avatar configurations are stored for public access as part of the service functionality.
